1. Shipping Information and Rates

  • Processing Time: All orders for physical products are processed within one (1) business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to customers within the United States and internationally.

  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on carrier volume and customs processing for international shipments.

  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipments)

If you are ordering from outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
