The Proclamation

Matthew 4:17

From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the KINGDOM of heaven has come near.”

Matthew 6:10

your KINGDOM come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Matthew 6:33

But seek first his KINGDOM and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Matthew 7:21

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the KINGDOM of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 13:11

He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the KINGDOM of heaven has been given to you, but not to them.

Matthew 13:19

When anyone hears the message about the KINGDOM and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path.

Matthew 16:19

I will give you the keys of the KINGDOM of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Matthew 18:3-4

And he said:“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the KINGDOM of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the KINGDOM of heaven.

Matthew 19:23-24

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the KINGDOM of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the KINGDOM of God.”

Matthew 21:43

“Therefore I tell you that the KINGDOM of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.

Matthew 24:14

And this gospel of the KINGDOM will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Mark 9:47

And if your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the KINGDOM of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell,

Hebrews 1:8

But about the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your KINGDOM.

Therefore, since we are receiving a KINGDOM that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.”

2 Peter 1:11

and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal KINGDOM of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
