Thank you for choosing Jaeveli LLC. Because we create high-value original art, delicate and elegant books and pages, premium apparel, and raw and uncut dope, we enforce a strict, absolute zero-refund policy. Please review the specific rules below before completing any purchase.

Physical Products (Paintings, Books, Pages, Apparel & Dope)

• No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. 

  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind on any of our apparel, designer books, pages, original paintings or dope. Please review product sizing and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

• Damaged in Transit / Insured Shipping Claims: Every high-value item is shipped via premium courier with full transit insurance. If your product arrives damaged due to postal handling, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging and the product. We will handle the insurance claim and coordinate a replacement or refund solely for items proven to be damaged in transit.
