Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 7.7.26

Thank you for choosing Jaeveli LLC. Because we create high-value original art, delicate and elegant books, premium apparel, instant-access digital media, and dedicated professional speaking time, we enforce a strict, absolute zero-refund policy. Please review the specific rules below before completing any purchase or booking.

1. Physical Products (Paintings, Books, & Apparel)

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind on any of our apparel, designer books, or original paintings. Please review product sizing charts and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • Damaged in Transit / Insured Shipping Claims: Every high-value item is shipped via premium courier with full transit insurance. If your product arrives damaged due to postal handling, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging and the product. We will handle the insurance claim and coordinate a replacement or refund solely for items proven to be damaged in transit.

2. Video Subscription Services (Squarespace Member Areas)

  • Instant Digital Access:

Our video subscriptions are powered by Squarespace's built-in access blocker. Because digital video content is accessible immediately upon payment, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and your card will not be charged again.

3. Public Speaking Services

  • All Booking Payments Are Non-Refundable:

Once a speaking engagement is booked and payment (deposit of full balance) is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of how many days or months remain before the scheduled event date.

  • Client Cancellations:

If you choose to cancel, forfeit, or are unable to host the event on the scheduled date, you remain fully responsible for the agreed-upon fees, and any payments made will be entirely forfeited.

  • Rescheduling (Optional Discretion):

At our sole discretion, we may permit a one-time transfer of your payment to a mutually agreed-upon future date, provided the rescheduling request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the original event date.
